One day in the week following Thanksgiving is usually spent putting up the decorations and setting up the Christmas tree. Our challenge this year was finding a nice spot for it, but keeping it secluded enough to where Jimmy wouldn't be tempted to mess with it.
Josie has really been into Christmas this year, which is fun for Hillary and I. Josie put all of her decorations on one or two branches which was very cute. Unfortunately, we had to move them higher because of Jimmy.
Allison was able to join the fun all the way from Missouri, via Skype of course. She watched while we decorated, and she kept Jimmy entertained in his booster seat.
Once the decorations were up, it was time to top it off with the angel. Josie had the honor this year.
What a tree... now all it needs is something to go under it!
